The toolbar below my Bookmarks Toolbar has disappeared

I used to have, below my Bookmarks Toolbar, another toolbar with icons for autofill, Google Maps, etc. That has disappeared, although both "Bookmarks Toolbar" and "Navigation Toolbar" are checked under View-->Toolbars.
