I upgraded to 5.0, lost fast dial and couldn't open a browser window from outlook, so I chose a restore point before my upgrade. I have lost everything, Firefox opens to a blank page - no tabs, toolbars or bookmarks. How can I get everything back??

I upgraded to 5.0, and lost fast dial or open a browser window from outlook using a hyperlink, so used system restore to before my upgrade and now have lost everything. When Firefox opens there is just 'Mozilla Firefox' in the top left corner with a logo and a blank page - no tabs, toolbars or bookmarks.. How can I restore to my earlier version & recover all of my customizations ? Thanks in advance for your help
