Trying to install FF5 crashed my laptop. After several system repairs to open Windows (Vista) FF5 is now gone, but I can't open FF4.01. I just get a blank white screen w/ the FF logo across the browser window.
I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit version on a Toshiba A215 satellite with 2 GB of RAM. I had to repair/restore Windows several times after the initial failed FF5 install to get Windows to start.

Sorry for the duplicate questions. My internet connection failed just I hit submit and I wasn't sure if my first question went through. I wanted to attached an image of what my screen looks like when I try to open FF.
