Delphi Forum site does not contain same features when accessed with Firefox then it does using IE8

When posting an answer or in setting up a thread on the Delphi Forum websites I no longer have visibility as I did with IE8, or use of the HTML bar at the top of the message box which allows me to change font, color, size, etc.

I can open IE8 and access the site and have windows open side by side (firefox and IE) and one will have the HTML bar while your browser will not show it.
