I am still on dial-up (SLOW) and want to know if the latest version is available on CD (applies to both Firefox and Thunderbird).

My OS is Windows 7 Home Permium. Basically my problem is not with Firefox (or Thunderbird) but is with the speed of my internet connection which is a whopping 26.4kbps at its maximum. Updating to a newer version is virtually impossible due to the sheer size of the download since my server (ISP) times out long before an update is downloaded. Is either program, Firefox or Thunderbird available on CD? If so where and how much does it cost? I ask the latter part of this question because I am on Social Security and every penny counts. BTW, I love both programs, much better than any offering by Microsoft especially that "Windows Live Mail" joke.
