From time to time the personal security code entry matrix on my online bank's website will not accept all of my code's 6 digits. I can't remember now whether this was happening before I installed version 4.0 or whether it started then. The point is it hasn't always been a problem.

I've only just installed version 5.0 so have not had the time to see whether it has inherited the same glitch.

I do not have this problem with Safari.

My bank, Société Générale, tell me that other Firefox users are experiencing the same problem, but can offer no help other than to observe that it is clearly a Firefox problem.

Sorry to be a bit late responding.

I'd already got the cache set to clear every time I exit, but hadn't thought about cookies. Clearing the bank's cookies appears to have done the trick.

Thanks very much.
