I have downloaded the download helper and the little triangle that is suppose to be there to download items is not appearing why not

I have downloaded the download helper and there is suppose to be a little triangle to the right of the icon in order to download things and it is not appearing for some reason or another and I can't figure out why it is not there anymore.Can someone please help me to straighten this out as I want to download some movies and I can't anymore.Thank You,Diane

There is an update (4.9.2) on the versions page to fix the missing drop marker issue.
