Cannot download Noia 4 version 1.3.6; download link redirects to version 1.1.7

First, I visit the following page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/noia-4/

This page shows Noia 4 version 1.1.7 for download. I scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View all versions".

On the following page, I see Noia 4 version 1.3.6, followed by version 1.1.7.

I click on the "Download Now" button for Noia 4 version 1.3.6.

The plugin is not downloaded. Instead, I am redirected back to the previous page for Noia 4 version 1.1.7. This makes it impossible to download Noia 4 version 1.3.6.
