Every search goes to a landing page about that topic not the actual website

I notice that every search I do when the page comes up in the search results the pages are '''always redirected''' to a landing page for that topic not the site.

Then I click the back button and then goto the site on the second try. How do you get rid of Yahoo search and Ask fin FF 4
