firefox opens with application error at location 0x68f5f751. Can't clear

When I open firefox I get a "firefox.exc - Application Error" "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0xf68f5f751" OK nor Cancel or the RED X will clear the problem. I do not know how to get to the location stated. I cannot delete firefow, for i do not have my installation program.
