Deleted firefox 3 after upgrade to firefox 4....lost bookmarks

I was having some comp problems yesterday. I decided to clean up the drive and I deleted Firefox 3 since I am running Firefox 4. I lost all my bookmarks and passwords. Is there a way to retrieve them?

If you uninstalled Firefox and removed your personal data then all Firefox profile folders with your personal have been removed. If you do not have a backup then your bookmarks and passwords are gone.
