my laptop was running internet explorer but it crashed and now i can't get on the net to download and install firefox. what can i do?

My laptop was running internet explorer which crashed and now i can't get online. How can i install foxfire when i can't go online and download it. I can download to this computer but then i dont have a file to put on my laptop to install firefox on it. Help
