Firefox freezes every time I navigate to Amazon.com

Lately every time I load Amazon.com firefox stops responding and the only thing I can do is force a close. It seems to mainly happen when I hover over or click on images for items on Amazon, but I cannot say for certain that it only happens then. This does NOT happen when I use Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Opera. This has just started within the past month or, but I am not sure exactly when it started.
