can I change background colour of toolbar?

Is it possible to change the colour or content of the mainly black navigation bar at the very top of the new Firefox 4 Mac? As an artist I have a dark grey desktop, and this bar, with 'engraved' text, is almost invisible against it!

I look forward to your reply, as after many years I may have to switch to Safari. . . (I have searched Google for an answer, with no success.)
