When I use firefox to log into my Gmail school account, a window pops up with "microsoft visual C++ runtime library" Runtime error! Program: C:\program files (x86)\mozila firefox\firefox.exe Abnormal program termination

when I try to log in using internet explorer everything is fine, and I can use SimplePass to log in to other websites on firefox without a problem
