Why do ALL new windows open up with HUGE font and images now even setting back to normal?

Every time I open a new window, be it clicked link or opening a new tab, EVERYTHING is massive.. Font is huge, images are huge, and I have to keep ctrl-rolling mouse wheel to get it on the page...

This is VERY frustrating.. Enough to make me go to another browser and nothing I seem to do fixes it...
