Try the Alt key or F10 keys on your keyboard, that should bring up the file menu toolbar at least temporarily.
- use View -> Toolbars -> and select boookmarks toolbar and menu bar
- use customise if necessary, and maybe even return to defaults
- see Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing
- if problem persists see basic troubleshooting
