Recent updates have killed my working process

After recent automatic updates I can't longer work with one of the web sites, which is using Adobe flash player. It starts some indefinite loop. Before it was working fine. My question - how to turn off automatic updates?

By the way I am working in version 3.0.19. I can't upgrade to 3.6 - once again because of incompatibility issues. The new 3.6 version does not support one of the Ad-ons I am using. What a strange policy - with a development of a new version stop running existing applications...
