Mozilla always freezes whenever I go to open a video, or there is a video on a web page...?

Whenever I open a video (pbs.com, hulu.com, etc.) or if there is a video on a website, Mozilla freezes. Now, I am running Windows Vista of 2007. Does this matter? Please contact me if it does have anything to do with Mozilla. Thank you.

P.S. I do have Adobe/ Java Script installed on my computer. The latest version(s).

Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.

  • Java Plug-in 1.6.0 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)

Update the Java plugin to the latest version (6 U22).

You may have a problem with OOPP (Out-Of-Process-Plugins)
