why did firefox update automatuically? I had it set for no updates. How do I go back to ver 2.x

Firefox 2.0 versions aren't supported any longer and are missing dozens of security updates. If your PC can't handle newer versions of Firefox, like 3.6, you would be better off using a different browser rather than reverting to Firefox 2.
