Each time I close out firefox, it stays somewhere in memory and cannot be reloaded without restarting Windows. It appears completely gone, but when I close Windows it asks if I want to close Firefox.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I found that a symantec extension was causing the problem. I just disabled it and the problem disappeared.
