no sound in firefox after upgrade to Ubuntu 10.04. Youtube and Vimeo are both affected. Have sound in Banshee and MPlayer.

Sorry, can't help you much with Ubuntu issues, I am a new Ubuntu user myself; except that you have two versions of Flash appearing in your Plugins Installed listing. Not sure if it will solve that particular problem, but you need to delete the Shockwave Flash 9.0 r124 version.
