Did FF update, now my add ons will not work.

I updated 3.6.2 to 3.6.4 and added a persona, and my add ons, while still there when I went to Tools>Add Ons no longer showed up on the tool bar. I particularly miss Web Developer and YSlow. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and the add ons several times and even did the new Beta 4.0.1b and couldn't use the new feedback bar because even that did not show up.
