Everytime firefox open there is no panels like file menu, internet address menu etc only internet pages

Hiding the Menu bar is a new feature in Firefox 3.6 . Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
