Speed Dial - i have selected various sites but there is no icon for me to click . I did have it visible but it 'disappeared' .

I have selected various websites for speed dial. The icon for speed dial has vanished and I dont know how to access the speed dial . On speed dial options , it shows my sites , so I know it is set . How do i get the icon in view so I can access
