features of westlaw research site don't work in second tab

when I open a second tab while working in my legal research site, I cannot utilize and important feature, "copy with reference." the window for this feature opens, but it opens empty. this is not the case in the first firefox tab. for complicated reasons, this is a real pain.

You're using Safari at the moment, right? This is the support forum for Firefox...

If you're using Firefox, you sound like you're having a problem with an extension, right? You should ask its author for support.
