Until tonight I have been able to move a tab for an open message to a different position.

I like to group similar emails together, or put an important one as the first or second rather than the 10th, especially if I have to go away to research a reply.

Am I missing something, I used to be able to click on the tab then drag it along to the position I wanted. Now it won't move at all.

I've explored some of the menus, but none seem to have another way to do it.

It works here on W11. Does the same thing happen in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?

Thanks SFH

Sorry, I wasn't on my computer yesterday. Today when I logged in I discovered that things were back to normal. However, I'll remember that safe mode link above in case I get any other issues in future.

Perhaps my computer was tired after a long day Moderating and needed a break LOL

Thanks so much for the reply though. That issue occurred at 2am and I'd already spent hours trying to work out why my car radio wasn't working properly.... then that TB issue. It was 3am before I got to bed!
