Hi, I just got a new laptop and installed Thunderbird, which I've had for years. Tons of contacts, using two email addresses. One is with Spectrum and the other is through Bluehost (my website). I was able to figure out how to download the emails from Spectrum, but when I click on email, I get empty box, no details within the email. What happened? Also, I don't have any contacts. Where did all my contacts go? Please help. Email is my lifeblood with work. I'm also self-employed, so no technical help from employer. Thanks so much, Patti P.S. Would love to speak to a human if at all possible. This is so challenging for me.
