My wife and I both have our comcast email accounts on the same Thunderbird. Every so often my email{incoming} fails, asking for my password{error 1014}, which doesn't work. S, within TB I some how reset it and we are back in business. This time, I cannot remember how to do it!!!!!!! Can you help? I cannot get my emails or send. My wife's account is somehow fine. This all happened after I replaced my comcast router with a new Comcast router today.
