Calendar Missing when I attempt to add a Task

Running Thunderbird 115.6.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10. I can add an EVENT to any of my 5 calendars in the dropdown. But when I try to add a TASK, only 4 calendars are offered. Naturally, it's the missing calendar (xxx@gmail.com) I need!

Suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Tasks are not available for Google calendars unless they are configured to synchronize using the provider for google calendar add-on. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/provider-for-google-calendar/

The cal dav synchronization only synchronizes the calendar.
