I cannot send nor answer e-post. I have not received any reply from Thunderbird, except one that did not apply. I am desperate. This problem repeats itself, time and again.

You need to share much more information, such as - did your email ever work? - are you aware of any change that caused email to stop working? - can you provide screenshots of incoming and outgoing server settings? - can you post full content of any error messages?
