Thunderbird Primary Password Help
Hi there,
My grandmother on this account keeps receiving a enter primary password alert on her Thunderbird / Bigpond account. We've tried everything and when following the prompts to reset (tools > developer tools > etc) it won't come up with the evaluate button or reset button. We've tried the online sources but no success and she can't access her emails on her desktop. Please let me know what we can do !

If you don't see an Evaluate button, press Enter instead:

I changed my password on my primary email account when notified of a dark web breach. Now I cannot access my email in Thunderbird even with the new primary account password. Online instructions do not seem to match my screen (have to allow remote client to access, copy and paste in the console-no evaluate button-pressing enter just creates another entry line on the console, pressing run just produces more errors).
What am I doing wrong?
