Emails look weird in all my folders in Thunderbird

Since the update my emails all look incredibly weird in Thunderbird. Right now it has who the email is from with the subject below it and now, all the way to the right, it has when it was sent. I used to be able to see more information and it was easier to view. As I use this for work, as our work server is horrendous, I really could use some help. I have looked over my option in View but that has not helped much.

That is the message list pane. Look just above and there is the wording "Quick Filter" and an icon to the right. CLick that and switch from Card View to Table view. That will restore the traditional message list view. You may also want to click View>Layout and experiment between classic view and vertical view to see which works best for you.
