I was told by Blue Cross tech support that to regain access to their portal, I need to replace my old Fepblue.org password with a new one within my Firefox browser. How do I do that?? Apparently, the Firefox browser doesn't recognize the new password I submitted to Fepblue. portal. Please help? Thanks

This is one way. Open Passwords via the 3 bar menu or by entering about:logins in the address bar. Select the domain in the left pane. Login details are displayed together with two buttons, one of which is labelled Edit. You can use that to change the user name and/or the password.

If the URL has changed then you nee to use the "+" to create a new login for the new URL since you can only edit the username and password and not the URL (origin).
