What is happening? How do I get my emails? I don't have a password for Thunderbird even though I've been using it for many years. I can't contact anyone. Listen, I'm 83, I can't cope with huge changes like this nd I'm panicking! How will you contact me if I can't access email?

Please share details on the problem. Is this the password for your email account? Did you just do an upgrade of Thunderbird? Are you seeing error messages? If so, what are they?
