I realize that this forum is made up of Mozilla users. Is there any way to reach any type of support person at Mozilla (specifically for Thunderbird)? What does one do when no one has an answer, or even a suggestion, on how to fix a problem? Is there any way to contact Mozilla, either to ask questions or to make suggestions?
