Problem downloading emails from webmail to thunderbird

When I open thunderbird as I have done hundreds of times before it will not download the emails from webmail. The mail exists in webmail but will not transfer into thunderbird

Same here, and the issue started when I updated to 115. Are you by chance an AT&T/Yahoo user? Several of us (AT&T users) are having the same issue.
