Ik heb een prullenbak in de hoofdmap en één in LokaleMappen. Hoe verwijder ik de 2e? I have a Litterbin in the mainmap and one in the Localmaps. How can I delete the 2nd one?

Do leave it alone. If you ever have local folders, then any content that is deleted will go to the local folders trash folder.
