There is a Bug open on this already — happening for lots of people. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1798503. I’ll summarize:

For most users’ crashes, this seems to be associated with a third-party videoconferencing plugin, something called Mersive and/or Solstice

Once I deleted the plugin it started working again.
