Firefox will not complete the loading of a page (except in private mode)

After the latest Firefox update (to version 112.0 64-bit) on Windows 10, some sites (such as msn.com and icloud.com) will show on the Firefox title bar, but will not load. If I switch to Firefox private viewing, they will load.

I have deleted all history and cookies, re-installed Firefox, and disabled my FireFox add-ons (Adblock and "disable autoplay"), yet the issue persists.

Any ideas as to what to do next?
