Firefox super slow

Hello all,

My firefox is super slow. I am talking about I type and text appears a second later slow. I dont know what is going on but it seems to happen in internals. For example, as I am typing this, lag appears to happen in may be every 10 seconds or so.

This is the same in private window where the extensions are disabled. I am clueless right now as to how to fix it. It is so annoying that I moved to a different browser for a while but decided to come back.

MacOs Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68) 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

I don't know what other information you may need please let me know and I will provide it.
