This has been going on for some time. One site (https://www.chicagotribune.com/) displays for a single second, then clears to all white. I've tried disabling extensions and the Troubleshoot Mode, without any difference.

I am using MacOS 10.14.6 and Firefox 99.0.1. (Yes, I know there is a newer FF version, but the last time I tried to update all my bookmarks vanished.)
