I'm creating an Email to reply to questions raised by a contact and wish to use red to reply to each of their comments but when I sent a test to myself the red colour had disappeared. Is there a way to do what I want to? Many thanks

On right side of main screen, do you see three short horizontal lines stacked together? Clicking that opens the menu. Also, clicking the Alt key should bring up the main toolbar and from there you can click View>toolbars and set menubar and mail toolbar.
