Problem with exporting Thunderbird mail
Recently my Thunderbird application was upgraded to 102.5.1 (64 bit). An Import Button is visible but I see no Export button. I reinstalled the application but still have the problem. Please advise. Thank you.

The Export function is directly below the Import function on the Tools menu. If you're wanting to export an addressbook, you need to highlight the addressbook, click the three dots to the right and select 'export' from that dropdown menu.
Thank you for your response, David, but I am afraid it doesn't solve my problem. I am unable to see a Tools menu as I did with the previous version of Thunderbird. When I click on my email account name, I see the an Import button but no Export button. (I have tried to upload a screen shot of this in both MS Word and .pdf but keep getting an error message).

There is a nice, free, small screenshot utility at this URL: bluefive dot pair dot com and it creates nice jpg screenshots.
Please see attached .jpg of screenshot.
Nothing there. I thin, when replying, you should see a button below text area (sample attached) where you can select a jpg file to attache.
That's what I did. I'll try again. On my previous attempt I waited for some time while receiving a message saying the document was "uploading", not that it had uploaded.
rightclick near top and select 'menu bar.' I think that is what you are missing.
You may also want 'mail toolbar'
All of the features you describe were available to me a couple of weeks ago. None of them are available now. Since I received notice that an update to Thunderbird was installed at the beginning of the month, could that be the problem? I am not sure we are looking at the same version of the application. Are you able to see the page that I copied and sent to you?
Yes, your tool bars are turned off. The rightclick near top should show option to activate the two menu bars.
