I am using a new PC with Windows 11. I downloaded Thunderbird about 4 weeks ago, now the version is 102.5.1. I have no idea when it upgraded to this version. Everything was working fine in terms of being able to create filters for junk/spam emails until within the last few days. Now, suddenly I cannot create filters because the 'Message Rules' window does not have an 'Ok' button. Therefore I cannot add new filters because I cannot confirm the message rules. See attached screenshot. What happened and what can I do about it?

Hello

maybe the window is too small ? Try to 'catch' the lower left corner of the window and stretch it.

Test for a broken layout by running in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB).
