Firefox will not start.

Firefox will not start after the latest update. Windows 11 After the update when clicking on the Firefox icon the blue circle runs as if FF is loading then disappears. My Firefox home page does not appear. Task Manager does not show any instance of Firefox. Firefox has been operating fine until now ( for 18 years+) I have removed, downloaded and reinstalled Firefox many times with the same result. I have restarted the computer, I have turned off my anti-virus (Malwarebytes) I cannot follow most of the FAQ troubleshooting advice as most all assume that Firefox is running.

The educated guesses are incorrect as they are looking at another computer.
