Having a strange problem with a Gmail account. No problems yesterday, but today as soon as I go to another inbox and come back to my Gmail inbox, the messages are gone! Please help!

OK, I found out how to find and use "Repair folder". Once I did that, the messages reappear. If I go to another account and come back, the messages are gone again!
