Thunderbird 102.3.3 (64-bit) with no add-ons, on a Windows 10 (64-bit) with IntelCore i7-6500U CPU @2.50GHZ, 16GB Ram running from a 1TB CS900 M.2 SSD drive, (laptop also has a 1TB HD which is where the emails are backed up to - not had any issues with this for the past 4 years (i.e. since I've had this laptop)). Thunderbird is currently taking 20+ seconds to start up, and keeps 'not responding' which can take 2 or 3 minutes to clear, also, when changing folders it can take 20+ seconds to recognise that I've clicked. This started after the previous update and has continued with this version too. My wifi is running about 35 down and 20 up, Firefox isn't having an issue with that.

If you need any more information please let me know. Many thanks

Better with version 102.4.0? If not, pop or imap accounts? What AV software are you using?
