Lost My Address book, sent emails and archived emails after update

Hi Thunderbird did an auto update (which is now turned off) on 27/9/22. Now my address book is gone, my sent and archived emails as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I was able to get my messages back by coping and pasting from previous profile, still can't get address book.

I am not sure what happened but we installed Norton Utilities Ultimate 9/30/22 and after that we lost our Mozilla email address book. The format of the email application looks a bit different and it is asking for the password every time which never happened before. After reading this question from aspins54, now I wonder if Mozilla did an update coincidentally at the same time. I have all the emails - just missing the address book. I de-installed the Norton and went back to the Norton 360. How do I get the address book back and how do it stop the need to put in the password every time?
