Unable to send tabs to Firefox on iOS

I've tried the solutions [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1277109|here] here and [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1287819|here] here multiple times, but tabs still do not arrive at FF on any of my synced iOS devices. However, I can see all the open tabs on the other devices.

This used to work, although it has been inconsistent and I've found in the past that I've had to log out and back in on my devices to get it working again. This isn't working this time, though. Any help is appreciated.

Update:

ipad -> macbook: works iphone -> macbook: works ipad -> iphone: doesn't work iphone -> ipad: doesn't work macbook -> iphone: doesn't work macbook -> ipad doesn't work

The issue seems to be restricted to receiving tabs on iOS devices.
